Today I spoke with Marions' husband, Pepe, he seems to be of the opinion that I have a personal vendetta against his wife, WRONG, it's business...... 

Marion interfered with mine, and many other business's with her registered designs, which in my opinion are ALL fraudulent...

Here it is laid out nice and plain for you Marion, as long as you have registered designs on the IPO website I will be looking for evidence to get them invalidated.

It is your responsibility to either defend your designs or remove them, totally your choice, but while they are still active expect more from me......

One more thing, you owe me £248.00, will I need to take out a CCJ and send the High Court Officers round to collect again ?
As you know, that will cost you(not me), another £105.00, I will leave that with you for the time being Marion, hopefully you will see some sense and save a few quid.

 next big day is December 22nd. 

It's going to be interesting to see if you can come up with a viable response, well, that would be a first wouldn't it, after all, you have never managed before, not even with the help of IP Labs Ltd

Strange happenings, Marion decided to start using the good till cancelled facility for all her listings on a well known auction site, other auction sites are available (Disclaimer), which effectively let's anyone who is interested monitor her turnover, and quite easily calculate her income, just a simple spreadsheet will do all the calculations that you might need.

 Anyway, since her return on February 22nd 2017 she turned over £1999.59, JUST shy of 2 Grand, and then she removes her listings and starts again 2 days later. Now, as a seller on a well known auction site there is no advantage whatsoever in doing that. So, why would she not want anyone to know she had turned over more than 2,000 quid during 1 year......... ????

Now, even the most basic of Google searches brings up half a dozen companies that have been selling bags of the same "Overall Design" way before 24.1.2009 when Baglady registered her design. 

So, let's see how thick she really is, and to find out, I am going to start retailing these bags on eBay.

Well, if I was going to have an agent representing my registered design, I most certainly would not choose I.P.Labs Ltd.

Had a copy of the letter from the IPO to said "Agent", it seems I.P.Labs have just rolled over like a dog playing dead for his country, not being funny like, but, I only implied I had evidence this time, and they chucked the fcukin towel in......

Marion's Opinion

Recently Marion listened to a book, it was always doubtful that she could read as it goes.........

Anyway, as you can see, she considered it "Enlightning", and "Perfect for the nervous person, to shed light on what to think or do".

So, one could gather that this book is a life changer, and after reading it one will suddenly find that one can make decisions.

Marion read it, then got a letter from the IPO with my latest invalidation application, and, this book really helped, Marion decided almost in an instant to throw all of her toys out of the pram (She threw a few out in May 2017, but they've all gone now), which in turn provided me with even more evidence.....

Love that book, you should listen to more books Marion

If you are reading this it is almost certain that you sell bag's of some form or another, and your business has been effected by Marion Giglio, and her claims to Intellectual Property Rights. You have probably already tried to contact Marion, possibly with an eBay message, or perhaps you have tried  emailing  mazgigs@hotmail.co.uk,  maybe you have tried calling her on the phone at 01744 609793, or, and this one is highly unlikely, you may even have popped round to Castle Giglio, AKA 131 Harris Street, St. Helens, WA10 2NR.

Well, today is the deadline date for Marion to submit her counter statement.

 I really hope she has, she has proven herself stupid enough to have done so in the past, I will just have to wait and see.

 Fingers Crossed for a round two.

Invalidation Application is well under way.

 Marion is now in possession of copies of the application, and Statement of Case.

The IPO have given her until August 3rd 2017 to respond. 

Will she contest, won't she contest ?

Dear oh Dear Marion,

 When are you going to learn ?

So, on May 15th 2017 you started using registered design number 4006796 to have eBay listings removed, by the morning of 16th May 2017 50 listings featured in eBay search results had been removed.

You probably thought I wouldn't hear about your actions Marion, well, you could not have been more wrong.

Thank you for providing  me with the evidence needed to invalidate your design, and yes I have evidence from the Vero team naming you and the design number.

 In essence you have proved that you consider 4006796 to be a duplicate of two of your designs that have previously been invalidated.

You have been very silly.
