Well, Marion's sales have dropped off somewhat since the market place has been freed up, by more than 50%. 

Must be time to send off a couple more applications to invalidate more of her frankly ridiculous claims to have designed bags.

Well,tomorrow is the deadline for comments regarding my costs Marion.

It seems Marion  is throwing her toys out of the pram again........

Just had a phone call from a vendor whom Marion has been interfering with regarding internet sales of bags......

It also seems that I am becoming the go to person in dealing with "Her" registered designs, and I use that phrase in the loosest possible way.......

Letters expected any minute regarding costs awarded, in fact, I will call the IPO tomorrow, just to make sure they are on the ball, which I have to say they quite often aren't......

You really have to take your hat off to Marion, she must have a good head for business, I mean, considering her turn over, which is not huge, and all the costs that being in business entails, such as....



Public Liability Insurance
Accounts Fees
Business Rates
Change of use for 131 Harris Street to business premises
Design Registration expenses, to register and to have invalidated....
Cost of Materials
Packaging Costs
Postage Costs
Advertising
Production Hours


It all adds up, and being a business, obviously it all has to be declared to HMRC, and they have their slice out of the profits.
Almost makes it all look hardly worth while really, still, maybe I  don't have Marions head for "Business"

This may just be a slight oversight on Marion's part, but, this design registration still quotes IP Labs as being the service agent.

I do hope so, it's been a while since I have had the pleasure of locking horns with David Evans.

David Evans, sounds a bit Welsh that, and the IPO is in Wales,
